IT ALL STARTED During a trip in Rwanda, a whole world unfolds in front of me. I zoom into the details of coffee production witnessing hands diligently picking cherries and sorting beans. I hear chants, laughs and tales. I observe the methods, and feel how daunting are the tasks. I leave the country imprinted by the people and culture that sustain this long standing, complex and beautiful craftsmanship. Through home roasting workshops and Café Ateliers, I like to belief that I infuse a part of this amazing experience into the cup of our clients.
